I find it HILARIOUS that the people that know won't be going to get shot at or blown tf up are quick to send other people to do it on their behalf. A bill needs to be passed that if you want to go to war than you need to go or have a close family member go in order for the bill to pass. I can almost promise you no wars will be made if that happens

Other than the obvious loss of a money laundering partner for US politicians,
the only reasoning I've heard is the old "Poland will be next...." tripe.
If Ukraine is supposedly in any way "holding their own" against Russia then Poland if attacked would march on Moscow in 6 months.
