I wonder how many people who bashed and ran Vance McAllister up and down the road for his indescretion will vote for Edwin Edwards, a know felon? Politics is well know for its hypocricy.

McAllister and Edwards are both scumbags.
Though one is a convicted felon, and the other one is just a plain scumbag.

I think McAllister's issues are more comparable to Vitter's. Both sold themselves as carrying a touch of Christian morality and family values to public office, specifically D.C., and both turned out frauds in that department.
Edwin Edwards and Tom Delay might be a better comparison, and how many Louisiana Democrats who like to talk about the convicted former GOP House leader will pull the lever for the convicted former Governor?

I am not disagreeing, but why are there no 'fraud' accusations when a Democrat does the same thing? Bill Clinton was accused of lying to Congress. Plus he's a leader of the Democrat party now.

Probably about 96%
