I'm pretty well set in life - I wouldn't be doing it for education, money, healthcare, etc.,
I just have a desire to be 0300 or something comparable. I have a few buddies who were combat arms and the comraderie and fraternity that exists seems to be something one can't get outside of that pressure.

meh, in the army those jobs suck. most intel guys never know anything and pretty much just make stupid overlays that nobody cares about.
You can get a clearance no problem. millions have, and I know plenty that have been like Rolling Stones roadies or hells angels before joining.

Hypothetically, if I was under SSBI, should I admit that I've done psychedelics hundreds of times? I don't see that going well.
I know they're trying to just figure out if anyone has leverage to gain valuable intel, but I would hate to end up in Leavenworth because one of my friends told the truth about my substance use.
