Two went to Canadia (gtfo) and the rest were found with family on unexpired VISAS.

Before you call someone else 'genius' have a looksie in the mirror. Only 2 were seen trying to cross into Canada. The others were found with family members living in the US. Read the article!

I guarantee that if I lived in a shithole country and the US let me in on a one year visa, the authorities would literally have to drag me kicking and screaming onto the plane home.
i can only imagine the dread if i was from Burundi and got to live in the US for an extended period of time and i knew my return home was looming
