Thank God there was an explanation for that. That was ridiculous. They chased it down as it was running away to kill it. I thought the cop got mad at the cow because he couldn't hit the broadside of...a cow.

Dooley's attorney states that public outcry led to rash decisions & unfair treatment in this case. Good to know that public outcry still gets shite done on a local level bc it sure as hell has NO affect on a fed level.
