Two female Christian artists in Arizona who refuse to make custom-art for same sex weddings could actually be jailed for sticking to their religious beliefs.

Joanna Duka and Breanna Koski , who own Brush & Nib Studio, make custom artwork using painting, calligraphy and handlettering. They filed suit against the city of Phoenix, as a Phoenix city ordinance threatens them with up to six months and/or a fine of $2,500 each day they refuse to make the artwork. First the women filed in state court to overturn the ordinance, but lost in a court of appeals, prompting them to appeal to the state’s Supreme Court, which said on November 20 it would hear the case

Not surprised. The left would love to purge all believers who dont toe the socialist line.

Doubt it.

Funny though no Christian bakers / artists / pastors take any stance against people who divorce for non-biblical reasons and remarry.

You can be put in jail for not providing a special, customized service?

They ain't going to stop pushing until we push back. The progressive left truly is an enemy within our own gates and the sooner they are eliminated the better for our republic it will be.
By any means necessary

In today's socialist America, given to you by the left.

Yes... you can.

I’m sure they ask about all their clients previous marital history. What a terrible excuse at a gotcha.

According to Jesus, sexual immorality is a legit reason for divorce, and ceases to be the sin of adultery...

If forced to do so they should do the equalivant of this fine piece of taxidermy with their "custom artwork using painting, calligraphy and handlettering".

They are ARTISTS. They could just say that is how they thought the moment was "speaking" to them.

Its like the bakers. If I was them and some a-hole I did not want to help came in and demanded a cake they would get a beautiful cake made with cayenne pepper instead of flour or I would make them a cake that tasted like a hobos arse.

That proves my point. Divorce rate in the church is as high as out of the church and usually just because they can't bother to work hard at being married. So anyone that got divorced and remarried other than the handful who were cheated on are adulterers.

Remember when those Chinese kept breaking the law? Glad Mao sorted them out. You would approve.
