Mark Levin may have been a NeverTrumper in the primary but i think he is the best legal mind and constitutional scholar on radio or TV.

Should be some way to disbar or replace them when it's obvious they aren't following U.S. Code, the Constitution, etc.

When is he not?
He basically gets to say out loud on the radio what I'm thinking a lot of the time (except for his anti-Trump BS).
His rant kind of reminds me of Roaro Kleibenschnott's appearance on your podcast last week, but the other direction.

Mark was a never Trumper and melted with the rest of them. But this dude knows the constitution, backwards and forwards. He's been yelling forever that the SC can't and shouldn't interpret the constitution , that is for congress.

I'll have to read the opinion, but everything I've read so far suggests that the court had 0 legal basis for this decision. He's right to be pissed.
