Obama never passed a budget.
Just sayin'.
If he is 200b under budget for the month, his statement -while presumptuous- is accurate if that number holds to fiscal year end. Dems played this same semantics game for 8 years. O was constantly spiking the football for reducing his own historic deficits and took credit for the sequester that he tried to block.
Silly thing to get your feathers ruffled about. Remember "jobs saved"?

Sorry, the whole discussion is useless. The problems we are facing in this country are real, but the solutions mostly are just rethoric. Meanwhile, the division among us is getting worse. Both sides have to wake up, otherwise we are doomed!
