How in the heck are you so confident seeing what we've witnessed from 2016 on?

No chance he gets back to the WH with so much riding on the line IMO They will use every power available to them, including assassination, to block that from happening. They have way too much to lose.

although libs like you will valiantly try, making the argument that a sitting president asking questions and wanting more scrutiny around a highly suspicious presidential election is somehow a "personal crime" is pretty dumb. Hell. The idea that we a re starting from the assumption that the election wasnt fricked with is insane on its face.

Be careful what you wish for Mickey.

Should this case go through, every ex-president will stand trial.

He knows that Clinton, W. and Soerto will never stand trial.

He knows that only anti-MIC anti-Uniparty presidents will ever be affected. Like, Trump, since he's the only one still alive.

Jack Smith didn't bring these charges.

Not sure if that matters.

He is minimally part of the conspiracy to bring them.

Imagine thinking that remand so that the trial court can actually make the determination at issue in the case is "corrupt."

Imagine thinking there's a genuine question around whether inciting an insurrection and attempting to violently overthrow the US government requires a trial court to say that's not an official act.

Prediction:

SCOTUS sends the case back down to Chutkan and forces her to have an evidentiary hearing and force her to make a determination between official and private acts.

Of course she will rule in favor of Jack. Trump will then make an interlocutory appeal to the DC Circuit. The DC Circuit will rule in favor of Jack.

Trump will request an en banc hearing from the DC Circuit. He will be denied.

Trump then will appeal to SCOTUS.

SCOTUS accepts and sets a hearing date after November 5th.

Trump will win on November 5th.

The Trump DOJ will drop the charges. The SCOTUS hearing is then off the docket.
This is what Mike Davis and some others are saying. But I am wary. This may be predicted via a rose-colored lens of the way things should be...

Bottom-line they will one way or another remove Trump from the ballot. In case people vote OTHER and write his name in they may jail or JFK him.

If the republican party were on team America First-Trump it would be a completely different outcome.

But they aren't

The case really boils down to official acts vs private acts.

What about the Congressional slush fund to pay off allegations of impropriety? There's been little to no news on this since it came to light in 2017, when there was nearly $18M of taxpayer dollars spent to make sexual assault/harassment allegations go away.

Again, retard. How was Trump supposed to incite a crowd to overthrow a government HE WAS THE HEAD OF?

No they won't. The powerbase/shadow government will never allow it. No one in the CIA or FBI will touch Obama, Clinton, or Biden.

It's a good thing that this quite literally did not happen. Don't you think so?

And if it's an "iNsUrReCtIoN", then why hasn't a single one of the HUNDREDS of political prisoners currently being unconstitutionally detained by the District of Columbia & illegitimate Department of Injustice been charged with statutorily-defined Insurrection? There's a US Code entry for it.

Your premise presumes that in that scenario, the uniparty swampers will have a say in the matter.

Have you ever considered integrating reality into your arguments? I recommend it highly. It demonstrates that you take yourself seriously and helps other people take you seriously.
