Salon is fricking garbage, pouring gas on the fire. They cite a ALREADY CONFIRMED FALSE FLAG REPORT THAT POLICE SAID DIDNT HAPPEN as evidence that LGBT people should fear for their lives.

Like I said they are laying the groundwork for more civil unrest.

quote:

This is Trump’s America: LGBT community fears surge in hate crimes following reports of homophobic attacks

Bias crimes against members of LGBT community are on the rise from Rochester, New York, to Santa Monica, California

Chris Ball, a Canadian film producer who lives in Calgary, was watching the election results pour in on Tuesday at a bar in Santa Monica, California, stunned with disbelief. Ball told Calgary Metro that as the outcome became clear, the atmosphere became tense and volatile, with other patrons yelling anti-gay slurs at him. “We got a new president, you f**king ****s,” one Trump supporter reportedly said. After the altercation, Ball was jumped while attempting to walk to his car, and the attackers smashed a beer bottle over his head. He blacked out after his skull slammed against the pavement.

Ball was rushed to the hospital, where he would reportedly receive four staples to close the wound. A photo of blood pouring down his face went viral on Twitter. [Warning: graphic imagery]

They are setting things up for more street fighting and unrest. Trying to get Marshal Law instituted.

To be honest, I lost some respect for the lgbt community over the course of the election. I hate to paint with a broad brush, but nothing can surpass the political hackery that many gay people exhibit.

Sometimes I feel like gays believe it is more important to be a liberal than to be gay. Their sexual orientation is a means to an end, with the end being democratic party hacks.

I will continue to treat people the way I always have. On their own merits, actions, and character.

I know they like to believe they are still discriminated against and bullied but that just isn't the case by and large.

Who would have thought Toddy of all posters would expose himself as an anti-gay bigot who wants to murder gays.

It's Martial, not Marshall or Marshal.

I've seen this a few times recently.

Now is the time to get rid of these silly unconst'l 'hate' crime laws... And, if anyone gets hated on, grow up and ignore it.. stop whining and strutting about in your tight pants...make you daddy wish you were never born anyway.

Ok so this group, LGBTQRSTUVWXYZ, gets all worked up over nothing except what their ill informed minds lead them to believe is happening then do things such as march around acting foolish and throwing their views into others faces, talking their shite...this in turn just might rub others the wrong way and catch the alphabet soup group a backlash, as things generally happen in the real world. Suddenly there is this bigoted anti-LGBT sentiment they wish to point out except they just happen to forget the minor detail that a goodly portion of this sentiment is of their own creation by their own misguided actions...but according to them it is all Trump and his minions' fault. Sounds about right when it comes to the whole fake victimhood class which drives the Democrat party by and large.

Well, I can tell you for a fact that it is happening. I have two longtime friends that this has happened to. One in Tennessee and one in Youngstown , Ohio. The one in Tennessee has had two seperate incidents happen to him. A man approached him at a store and said someting to the effect. "Our new Vice president not going to put up with you ****s very much" or something to that effect. These are middle aged men who are not activists or ardent Hillary supporters. They lead very low key lives and I have no reason whatsoever to believe they're making this up. I've never even seen a political post or had a political/ gay conversation with them in my life.

Why should we care what you have to say on this subject? You have already outed yourself as an anti-gay bigot who hates gays and wants them thrown off rooftops. Your opinion on this matter is null.

You disgust me, anti-gay bigot. Yeah there are social conservatives out there who may have opposed gay marriage but at least they have the common decency to oppose executing gays and throwing them off rooftops, that you support.

How was it known that they were gay? These are "low key" men, yes?

Anyone can come up with anecdotal stories if they dig enough to try to prove their point but a surge in hate crimes? Come on!

I was in line to vote the other day at a predominantly black voting district and as I stood in line, let's just say I overheard a couple of groups of blacks on either side of me speaking about how they are mistreated by whites and "The Man" and were voting Democrat because that was who had their back, blah, blah. They didn't care that I heard it either...so should I fear a surge in black on white hate crimes if Hillary finds a way to steal a recount state or two and thus the election???

Of course they can. Im just saying what I have witness happen to two longtime friends. Thes eguys don't have a political bone in their body. Hell I don't even know if they even voted. But to discount all of these stories as hoaxes or make up is ridiculous. Trumps win has emboldened a lot of these people even if that wasn't his intention. And to be clear I don't hink that was intneion. Trump is a con man only concerned about enrichining himself and he saw way to tap into the insecurities and fears of conservative white men. This is some of the side effects of his victory and the divisive hateful rhetoric he he's spewed for the past year. Now you may be perfectly fine with all of this and that's fine too. But to discount this is not happening makes your look ridiculous.

Is that even statistically possible? It's already pretty high.

Didn't gay people vote for hillary out of insecurity and fear, as well? Or the blacks?

Unless you witnessed that alleged incident first-hand, there is almost no way on Earth that what you were told is the truth.

A "low key" guy was accosted by some stranger at a store who somehow figured out the guy was gay? Was it the arse-less chaps that gave it away?

C'mon, Toddy, you can't believe everything you read or hear.

BTW, what the hell is the VICE PRESIDENT going to do? Wake up from his nap during a Senate session and declare war on gay people?

Get over yourselves already.
