Majority of NYC reliably votes blue.
Odds are against a conservative in a high profile trial in NYC getting a fair shake.
Same thing with DC.
Even a dummy like you should be able to grasp that concept.

As a union member, if Trump will campaign to let us deduct union dues, work travel etc….. he would probably get 85 to 90 percent of the union vote. Dems biggest problem with the working class unions, is 2nd amendment, faith, and family…. Also, if Trump campaigns on ending taxing overtime, he’d win the union vote. Whether it happens or not, most voters want to see someone try to get more money in their pockets. See Clinton’s first 100 days middle class tax cuts he campaigned but didn’t get it done.

As someone already mentioned, the percentage of D voters in NY is a lot higher than the percentage of construction workers in NY.
Statistically, there is little chance of a neutral jury in NY for this reason.
