Would like to see Trump display some fiscal responsibility.

One small thing I would do and I have no idea how much it would save, is going back to one utility uniform for all services, maybe just the bdu. We have to be blowing through millions so the brass can have a uniform pissing contest. I'd also get rid of the spend it or lose it budgeting and actually award CO's for saving money.

That's peanuts, to be honest, and most end up paying for their own uniforms in many instances.

This would have a real impact. ETA: I wouldn't award COs for saving money (the effects of that would be terrible), but the spend it or lose it piece needs to get gone.
