Cliton stole 6 billion. Was peddled widely, including TD.
Was quoted by neighbors as rationale to vote trump.
Story actually was that accounting of state expenditures, mainly during Kerry but some during cliton was not backed by paperwork. All the documentation was eventually organized and voila, no missing 6 billion.
