The problem with your argument, is that the white house is operational 24/7/365 for the president. It is set up with everything he could possibly need.
Mar-a-lago, not so much. It costs the tax payers of this country millions of dollars for the president to go down to florida for the weekend. Not to mention, the local law enforcement in the area that have to account for him being there.
