Wasn't a criminal fraud case.

It was a civil Fraud case. Big difference...

You're the one deflecting & being intentionally unwilling to follow, I'm going to spell it out for you like I would have to for a four year old.

I said right off the bat that I was intentionally deflecting, admittedly trying to change the subject to the Clintons. I have said the Trump issue has nefarious activities involved, hence the $25 million settlement.

So yes, I'm pressing you for an answer to see whether you're being politically biased & therefore willingly ignorant. So are you a political realist or a blind hack?

DJT should just say that his time in service as the President (and not spending it in a courtroom) is far more valuable than the 25 million.

The attorney's recently asked a judge to delay the trial until after the inauguration. They have been begging Donald to settle. The judge, after the election, told the attorneys they needed to work out a settlement because of the unique scheduling and other requirements of trump moving forward.

People settle all of the time and it means absolutely nothing about guilt. Your desire to have something to cling to is preventing you from being rational. Think about it. What upside does a trial have and what downside does it have. 25 million isn't his concern.

Laugh it up, chuckles. You dems are doing great right now, politically. By all means keep up the same ole Schtick. Nothing is better for the republicans. It's why the republicans in the house just endorsed Pelosi for minority leader. We don't want you guys changing at all. It is working too well for us.

And your emoticon aside...it is clear from your post history that you aren't educated.

How would political bias come in to not answering a question that has no bearing on this topic and I don't care about?

He just can't win with you people - literally. It's likely in the best interests of the country for him to settle without admission of guilt so that he's not tied up in court. It's likely in his best interests as well because you know it wouldn't be a fair trial. Nothing is fair with you zombies. All of you twisted people are so out to get him even it means spreading lies about him and REFUSING to face truth and facts. Y'all are the racist, sexist, intolerant ones. You should all be ashamed or yourselves. You are the ones filled with hate.

YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY IN A DAZE! DAZED and STUPID!

It was a civil suit for an alleged civil contractual infraction. That's not a misdemeanor, much less a "high crime."

Its a civil lawsuit against a corporation, not Trump himself. I am sure he just wants it to end as a political issue at this point.

More desperate than someone that would argue that doling out $25 mil is doing that because they're not guilty? GTFO. He said it was an easy win, then paid that out. Guilty or not, he lost.

He lost because he paid. However, he doesn't want lawsuits effecting him as the President now.

high crimes and misdemeanors is intentionally vague and subject to interpretation.

If bill clinton can be nabbed for perjury in a civil suit over personal infidelity, trump would definitely be at risk.

it was smart to settle, clear this and not cause it to cloud over his presidency.

not that impeachment would be likely with a republican congress.
