Yeah. I think the last nuclear power plant was built in the 1990's. I'm not sure about that though.

I hope he's talking about energy. It's because of stupid fear mongering that a majority of our energy doesn't come from nuclear sources today. Burning fossil fuels for electricity is unnecessary.

So wait.. you are clarifying that he's talking about something that he's obviously not talking about?

You have confused the majority of the posters in this thread. He was talking about nuclear bombs, not energy. He wants to strengthen and revamp our nuclear arsenal until the rest of the world realizes nukes are dangerous and we shouldn't have them. That's clarifying his tweet.
