We are in debt because 75% of congress is actively trying to destroy this country. Can you just imagine how great this country would be congress simply wanted what is best for us.

Not one cent should be spend on any advertising for entitlements. That includes food stamps, social security, disability, housing, etc. If people are truly in need, they'll figure out how to get assistance.
I'd say FEMA is probably an exception, but that's where I'd draw the line.
