Violation of the Logan Act could be considered if Flynn acted before Trumps inauguration.
It could be a violation because of the sanctions that are in place.
The sanctions would be considered the dispute that is needed for a violation of the Logan Act.

Have we ever really even seen any of HRC's emails? Most of what we saw were other people's emails to her. Not hers to anyone I remember. CF coverup is the real story in those emails and why she should be in prison.

Actually the real story is that Flynn was Trump's agent in the transaction with Russia. No one has suggested otherwise. No one has said that Trump was lied to. It's all about Pence, like Pence being out of the loop is a surprise.
