Jarrett Carter Jr., an HBCU advocate, wrote on HBCU Digest that Trump might be able to accomplish more in regards to higher education for black students than President Obama was able to do during his entire tenure.
“It’s not fair that in the last 24 hours, Trump and his cabinet has generated more goodwill between the White House and black colleges than Obama was disinclined to even feign in three commencement speeches and eight national HBCU week conferences?—?none of which he attended,” Carter Jr. wrote on Saturday. “And with one executive order unique to HBCU federal support, Trump could become one of the greatest advocates black colleges have ever seen.”

I know lsu has a large black student population, but HBCUs keep culture out of state chartered colleges like lsu, right?

well it is not in the mainstream media because the media dose not report on the good things Trump does esp because they want him to look racist and helping black colleges is the total opposite of racist.

He could take federal funding from places like UC Berkley who don't allow free speech and then invest it in HBCUs.

That article didn't include anything about WHAT he was planning on doing, just that he was going to be doing "something".
