He mentioned Israel because that is one of the big items ceronvich(sp?) was hitting mcmAsters on. Basically saying he fired some for going to visit Israel. Didn't want trump to go to the western wall. He was calling mcmasters out basically as anti Israel. Also anti trump and pro obama holdovers.
