Yes again. If unintentionally collected, that intel by law should be destroyed. Instead, it was transcribed, delivered to the White House, shared with 16 other agencies, then leaked to the media.

The real word game being played here is that this spying is somehow permissible because, on paper, the guy on the other end of the line was "the target". Laws were broken and instead of demanding the this politicized police state be dismantled and these mafia political tactics cease, idiots want to argue the definition of wire tap.

I've never argued the definition of "wiretap". I've said from the beginning that I believed there would be some form of "truth" in Trump's tweets. I've only argued 1) was it legal (not the morality of it) and 2) Trump's form of communication

They had surveillance on the Trump Team and his kids during transition. They passed all these transcripts of meaningless gossip of Trumps Kids to intelligence agencies that had no business receiving these documents. They can call it incidental but we know Trump was under surveillance.
