Should be a color blind world
It's not about race, gender or culture it's about putting the right people in the right places to be successful despite their race, color and gender.
Hope trump continues to not try to be politically correct and just do what is right.

Blacks are approximately 17% of the country. Trump got about 8% of the black vote. If you reasonably assume that the cabinet should be composed of people who voted for you, a black person generally would have a 1.36% chance of getting on his cabinet, given this. Carson, therefore, beat the odds it seems. Any more would raise a disparate impact investigation.
