I know exactly what he meant. Fox News showed a clip of a car burning and a bunch of middle eastern immigrants jumping up and down in a Swedish neighborhood. They had quotes from Swedish cops talking about how bad crime was getting in the area and how dangerous it was. Then they talked about leftist protests in Paris .Trump, like millions of others, obviously watched that report. Pretty fricking simple.

The Swedish government, in its liberal zeal to be seen as "the most humanitarian country on earth", underreports or fails to report many of their refugee issues. Trump likely has better intel than us on this subject. Women are being raped and sexually assaulted en masse and refugee employment hovers around 0.3%. Gun crime has aslo exploded in Utopia as well.
Sweden in its efforts to be more humanitarian, has created an out of control humanitarian nightmare. Americans should take note.
