I would say that Henry Kissinger and John Bolton should beat him, but they weren’t killing other Americans now were they? I’d add this to anyone arguing against Andrew Cuomo being a serial killer, mass murderer or whatever you want to label him, I prefer serial killer. He’s whatever Charles Manson was, only on a much bigger scale. Manson ordered 9 murders that his followers committed. Cuomo ordered more than 13,000 elderly people to nursing homes infected with COVID-19.
