I have never understood how people have not seen this as the end-game.
How can there be minority or women's scholarships, government contracts, set-asides, competitions, etc., if gender or race is fluid.

I could be missing it, but from what I read in that document they basically only base it on testosterone levels. If that's the case, real women may never win another gold medal. Guys who are just below the male competition level will be jumping all over this in many different sports, especially in countries that really value these medals.

If gender roles are a social construct and the only reason a boy may want to play race cars and a girl Barbie dolls is because of social conditioning, then how is a boy playing with dolls indicative that they are trans? None of this shite makes any sense.

No, No, No.... That was just their gender assignment at birth, with no regard to who they were as an individual. the initial gender assignment has recently been proven to be not a good gauge of ones actual gender at all. Sometimes birth gender assignment gets it so wrong that cats are actually sometimes ,is assigned as overweight human girls with low self esteem.
