50% is the magic number right. If one has 50% then no run off.

How the hell did Obama only lose this state by 12 when republican primary voters are at 100,000 and Democratic primary voters are at less than 30k?

I'm guessing the blacks in the delta ghettos are not voting tonight.

Childers basically ran unopposed and there was no doubt he would win.
