He is simply worried about his company's bottom line. Advertisement dollars during election season are vital for TW and most of its subsidiaries. The Dems idea of campaign finance reform will drastically limit the money flowing into ads. Thus, Time Warner will suffer.

Quite the conundrum for Libs. They have the press and traditional media on their side. Which means a ton of favorable publicity and an ally to help steer the narrative. That's already a huge advantage that can be amplified if they can limit the opposition's voice. Unfortunately, most of their media allies are suffering and desperately need those free speech dollars their Dem friends want to limit.
