By any reasonable measure Trump has been a disaster.
We are now 8 months in and most of his agenda is dead on arrival. He has gotten zero major legislation signed and congress is pushing back on him hard.
No one should be surprised how poorly he is doing. Least of all you.
Tillerson has managed to clean up a lot of trump's diplomatic screw ups or it would be even worse.

this is somewhat true, less so with North Korea, but North Korea has a long been a client state of China and China is largely responsible for North Korea today and should take the lead in influencing North Korean actions, helping North Korea to transition into the civilized world, or flat out intervention to stop this madman.
