They need to either need to deport his arse. Preferably to Antartica or Madagascar to where he can't just sneak back across the border or throw him in a labor camp and throw away the key for showing other criminals how to exploit the good will of the American people.

My Venezuelan baw(citizen now). Says it was for Columbians who went to Venezuela, the Columbians would call them "veneco" as in "too Venezuelan". Over time it got kinda flipped to refer to "Venezuelans in Columbia". Kinda like calling someone "White Trash".
