Free speech makes it difficult to prosecute white supremacy in America

The First Amendment is a major block in investigation and prosecution of a white supremacy group.

Which is why white supremacist groups have never been prosecuted.

Correct??

It is hilarious to watch most of his threads. He writes some pro-Russian or anti-Ukraine tome, and it drops and drops and drops without much response. So he then bumps it again himself.

I have seen him bump is own dying threads five or six times per thread.

It is. It's no different than handing out gospel tracts politically
There is a huge difference. The posted threatening images to the doors of a black church and synagogue. If you can't discern the difference there is something wrong with you.

They seem like major shitbags. The question is...did they threaten them? If not, then there is no crime against being an a-hole. If so, then twitter, Reddit, Democratic Underground, and the OT would be shut down with quickness.

Hell, Mingo would be UNDER the jail just for his views on fatties.

Have you seen some gospel tracts? It's not a threat unless it threatens them directly. Just having a picture of a dead pig isn't a threat against Muslims or a hate crime.

That can easily be viewed as threatening.

Talk about a slippery slope.

I “view” that as threatening...off to prison you go.

Was it in poor taste...yes.

Are they shitbags for doing so...absolutely.

Are they “criminals” because you get to determine what offends you...no.

frick them for being assholes, but “view this as threatening” as the basis for a hate crime opens the criminal justice system up to levying capricious and arbitrary imprisonments.

Next time, someone may be “offended” by you.

Just saying.

Good. The reality is most are unable to post a bond, in some cases just a few hundred dollars. Almost like a bunch of losers went to the Capitol on 6 January.

You just outed yourself as a goose-stepping communazi that has no issues with the concept of housing political prisoners without due process.

So the contents of the pamphlet probably matter. If you drop off something saying all Jews and black should be round up and shot at a synagogue it probably crosses a line out of free speach.

This

However, how does this:

quote:

A person is guilty of aggravated harassment in the second degree when, with intent to harass, annoy, threaten or alarm another person, he or she: 1. Either (a) communicates with a person, anonymously or otherwise, by telephone, by telegraph, or by mail, or by transmitting or delivering any other form of written communication, in a manner likely to cause annoyance or alarm

Pass muster.

I mean, if BLM or ANIFA “annoyed“ someone...

arrest them all?

Whoever wrote that would have put Gandhi in jail on the regular.

Are you retarded??? Did your mom drop you on your head as an infant?

Who cares what they did...Even if they did break the law, they have right to know what they were arrested for. Usually the police have 48 hours to charge someone.

Do blacks not target white people with hate speech and in extreme cases demand money or other valuables ?
