This Nex Benedict death situation is all sorts of fishy.

Lefty narratives incoming.
Non binary girl claims she's being bullied because she's non binary. She pours pours water on a bullies head.
She gets her arse kicked as a result. School nurse sends her home. Next day she dies.
The police say her death has nothing to do with the fight. They're waiting for toxicology report.
Everyone on the left fully believes she was murdered in the school bathroom because of her sexuality.
It's a sad story, but I blame the adults that are pushing this bullshite on kids.

Most likely the girls were black and they would rather not charge them with murder so they say she didn’t die from that.

I am all in on pointing a finger at the left for pushing a nutty non proven narrative on this one...but people die from a brain bleed, the next day, all the time..they go to sleep and never wake up...until the autopsy you cannot rule out head trauma.

Owasso police say the death of a local high school student was not the result of trauma as they investigate threats made against the school district, one of which the FBI has deemed credible. Nex Benedict, 16, who identified as nonbinary and used gender-neutral pronouns, died Feb. 8, one day after they were involved in a fight at Owasso High School, police say. “While the investigation continues into the altercation, preliminary information from the medical examiner’s office is that a complete autopsy was performed and indicated that the decedent did not die as a result of trauma,” police said in a statement Wednesday afternoon

The real story likely is completely different from what is made public, as that is what happens in sensitive issues.
That kid who supposedly was killed for being gay in Laramie, Wyoming, about 20 years ago apparently was a drug dealer who had been killed by junkies looking to steal his stash, for example. It took on a life of its own because someone wanted to frame it in a certain way.

Can’t find the demographics for the HS but that is Tulsa County, OK, the county itself is only 10% black, and that is considered one of the best schools in the state.
Same county is probably about 15% Hispanic (mainly Mexican) and about 6-7% Native American as well, which are both also groups which have an issue with fighting.

The whole thing is sad no matter what mental issues the deceased had. But if you want to deal with a bully, you pop them in the mouth you dont bully them back.

It took off at the time because advocacy groups wanted a story and the perps ran with it because it was less dangerous to them than ratting out Shepherd’s supplier, drawing attention to the drug scene there.

I graduated fro Owasso twenty years ago.
Demographics of school much less than 10% black and 15% Hispanic. Really, really good school.

As always, I feel terrible for any kid this happens to. But I hate the narrative that we all know is coming.
