Putin: “Poland seized part of Lithuania, seized its historical lands from Russia, taking advantage of the civil war, participated in the division of Czechoslovakia”

Putin used similar language to describe Ukraine prior to the invasion of Ukraine. He is now talking about how Lithuania should be part of Russia and is not a real country. He is also saying that Poland should be punished for what it did in the last century. That’s 2 NATO nations that he is talking about. I lived in Moscow for almost 4 years and there is no doubt in my mind that Putin and/or his successor if United Russia and its cronies stay in power would move against Lithuania and Poland if they had the military capability to do so. I’m against American boots on the ground in Ukraine. However, if Putin is not stopped and humiliated in Ukraine then Russia will move on Lithuania and/or Poland (even though Poland would probably defeat Russia) and that’s Article 5 and WW3. Yes, we are giving Ukraine a lot of aid and money that would be better spent securing and improving the USA, but it’s cheap compared to the money we would have to spend if Russia moved in a NATO nation.

Maybe Eastern Europe, who actually have stronger interests than we do, should step up and do something?

No do China and Taiwan. This is why you need strong leadership and someone the Chinese and Russia respect/fear. Don’t you find it weird how Russia bad made both of their moves in Ukraine under Obama and Biden. I’m tired of pouring our tax dollars in to Ukraine when strong leadership would be have allowed this to start at all.

They are never going to believe this is the standard operating procedure of Putin if they believe his bullshite about NATO and Ukraine. It's a lost cause.

It would be even cheaper to leave NATO and let Europe take care of itself.

WTF is wrong with you? It was proven yesterday that we are fighting there to keep Biden from being exposed. That’s it! Nothing more. This support is based on corruption. All funding and public support should stop immediately. By all means, go over and fight. Buy your plane ticket and GTFO and stop spreading your war propaganda to us.

I agree 100% but they are part of NATO and if Putin attacked them then we would be forced into war.

One day it will come out that the Ukraine money pipeline was one of the greatest cash heist in world history.

Again, not our problem. This is a Europe/NATO problem. If America would get out of the way, they could lead themselves and deal with it. It's ridiculous for America to try and solve Europe's/NATO problems while our country is falling apart culturally and politically. IF we do continue to inject ourselves in others problems we damn sure don't want the idiots presently in charge leading us.

This is why, if Russia is defeated in Ukraine, it cannot go along with bankrupting the US:

if we are bankrupt - we are rapidly approaching that - then Russia will be free to defeat anyone they wish. Stop treating the US like working class Americans who pay the bills have an endless supply of money to throw at any world issue. We don't.

1. We are not fighting.

2. If Putin hadn’t invaded then we would be free to focus on Biden and the democrats corruption. Are you saying that Putin invaded Ukraine and started the largest war of this century to protect Biden?

But they can’t take Ukraine and you think they are just going to start dropping countries around Europe?

Where is the logic?
