Think Progress reporting that ISIS FGM thing is a hoax....

I'm opposed to circumcision cause it's a weird thing to do to a kid, but it's a trillion miles from fricking female genital mutilation.

No, Rex hasn't. I certainly oppose routine circumcision of young boys, however.
