The frick. They can RECEIVE and count ballots for 9 days after the election.
How is it allowed in one state and not another like Wisconsin where an extension was shite down.

Im sorry elections have to have a uniform and consistent deadline. Everyone vote before then. It is not hard.

Why 9 days? Why not 14? Or 30? Or 69?
Why not just have it constantly tallying?
Why have a deadline at all if you're just going to allow it to be exceeded by some arbitrary amount?

This is also why there should be standardized election laws for federal elections.

Not what they ruled. Ruled not enough time to hear before election.
Left the door open for another request to separate late received ballots and litigate letter if this was filed.

Easier to vote than anytime in our country yet we need corrupt exceptions.

Trump will win NC on Tuesday night.
Once they know how many votes they need to manufacture, that's how many they will dig up.
9 days is insane.

Well, this is a different scenario.

You’re thinking of PA where they said that. This is NC and I have seen no such caveat here. Basically, SCOTUS gives great deference to a state Supreme Court ruling on state law.
