I'm sure it was not your original intent but reading that is a stark reminder of just how weak and pathetic our military and political leaders have become since WWII.
It's no surprise that no one respects or trusts the United States any more, but hey, as long as the ones in elected positions can fill their coffin with money then I guess in their mind all is well.

It was a agreement based upon needs. The allies needed the Russians and the Russians needed the Allies. Would both had won without joining together? Yeah history says yes but the war likely would have dragged on a few years longer.

We really need to come to a complete understanding about which demographic is constantly pushing war between the countries with large white populations. Once we find that answer the reason why becomes very clear.
