That will go right over the head of most posters on this board who do not understand the historical parallels. And the theft was carried out by a private citizen. So it is not a perfect analogy.

Doesn't matter. Newspaper published it and reaped profits from it. Newspaper shouldn't use stolen materials in stories.

The narrative is "the Russians" did it. So, if true (which I do not believe), then it was an act of a foreign power rather than an individual citizen.
