If everyone who were legitimately concerned with overpopulation, resource depletion, and global warming simply killed themselves, they would greatly contribute to the solution of if not fix the problem entirely that they were concerned about in the first place.
Not that I want anyone to kill themselves. It's just interesting that these people always want to take from others but never contribute to the cause in a meaningful way, themselves.

During the freeze people who have smart thermostats and signed up for certain plans found out that the government can control the temperature of their house when they want. I wouldn’t doubt the fine print of the “green new deal” doesn’t allow them to do this to everyone with smart thermostats.
