The appropriate response, however, is not to play DIRECTLY INTO THE NEGATIVE STEREOTYPES and try to justify it.

What about the past 200 years of the white majority treating minorities like garbage? i guess in the 1960s, we hit a 'RESET' button and pretend that never happened?

It was bound to happen eventually. Think it's bad now, just wait till whites dip down below 50%.

Do you hit a button and pretend you were there for what happened 200 years ago, or that those of us around today had anything to do with what happened generations and generations ago? It's so confusing, we're supposed to remove statues so we don't think about the past, yet we must always think about the past or we're all racist.
