The left doesn't actually hate guns

They hate you! And the idea of "you" or other ordinary law-abiding, tax paying Americans having them, even if they are properly stored and used responsibly.
They love the idea of them and their loyal constituents/soldiers having them (illegal aliens, innercity gangbangers, federal agents).
They will do everything possible to ensure their de facto Praetorian Guard is armed to the teeth. Most recent example is the radical left judge in Illinois touting the illegals so called "Constitutional" Right to a firearm.
They want to rule you, and hate anyone not dependent on them. That's all any of their rules are about. This is the same with their climate policies, Covid mandates, attacks on free speech and political protest. They want you to eat bugs, not because it helps the environment, but they dont think you should enjoy a nice steak or hamburger, and something you are not worthy to have. They simply despise you.

The only way gun control can ultimately be enforced is by people with guns.
Therefore, gun control advocates aren’t really anti-gun. They’re absolutely in favor of certain people having guns.

Karen in the Cul-De-Sac clutching her pearls at the latest over sensationalized mass shooting doesn't get this. She thinks everyone is going to come together in a Kumbaya circle and voluntarily toss their guns in a fire and we will all be in some happy utopia.
She doesn't realize she is advocating for other armed men to go around and violently seize people's guns. And then monopolize violence as they see fit. Allowing the states protected classes (illegals, gang bangers, and feds) to run roughshod over regular Americans.

When the BLM riots were hot, was in St Louis and went to Bass Pro, and the line of Black Women buying hand guns was unreal. Don’t know about the left, but people want to feel safe, and would bet the number of guns will continue to explode under leftist rule, and rightfully so..

Just got back home a half hour or so from shooting my carry pistol (Springfield XD40) with my Pop at George’s (Marine) range the Post Exchange in Youngsville.
Had some True Glo TFO fiber optic / Tritium sights installed on the gun by Mike at Bayou Teche guns in Arnauldville last week, he did a great job still shoots great, right on.
Oh yeah, and the left can suck my dick.
