Who can forget the impressive "18% drop in NFL tickets" the Twitter twit caused by referring to players mothers as "bitches"?

Well, it looks like the fake news has trolled Trumpkins once again.

quote:

TickPick spokesman Jonathan Gluskin reiterated Monday that: “We were clear on our end not to specify a reason for the decline.’’

quote:

Breitbart News picked up the story Friday, claiming it showed that “the NFL has learned in one week what it took Hillary Clinton almost two years to find out, and that is, more people agree with Donald Trump.’’

Now! here is the real story

quote:

In the days following the Week 3 games — right after Trump’s boycott call — Lawrence said the average list price of NFL tickets for Week 4 actually rose from $203 to $216. In all, Week 3 prices were up 22.29 percent and Week 4 prices up 5.37 percent over the corresponding periods a year ago.

Wait ! What?!!

average price per ticket is not the same thing as total ticket sales

I imagine a lot of purple haired, gender questioning fat women have become converts in the past few weeks.

Honest Patriotic Americans get sick to their stomach even LOOKING at those Players. The NFL is a shell of what it once was, and all the 'king's men' and their MSM spin will not put it back together.

And Las Vegas will only cement the feeling re Rule of Law and violent people. Screw the NFL.

Actually I am not boycotting. I pretty much gave it up. If want to be pounded with political narratives and messaging I will watch CNN or MSNBC . We moved on and do other things on Sunday.

Gave up on ESPN during the election campaign. About to drop the hammer on College Game Day as well for the same reasons.

I'm assuming this is an average price? This eventually will be the reason for less butts in the seats and not this other thing presently going on.

None of this crap is going to affect tickets. It will affect tv viewership. Not mine but many people.

‘Monday Night Football’ Ratings Down Even With Unbeaten Chiefs Win
quote:

Against a packed Big 4 primetime, MNF snared an 8.4 in metered market numbers. That’s down 10% from the Cowboys and Cardinals game of September 25. Year-to-year, the Chiefs’ fourth straight win this season dipped 8% in the early numbers from the comparable Minnesota Vikings’ 24-10 win over the New York Giant on October 3, 2016 – a season of sliding ratings that the NFL wants to forget, but may repeat.
