People like you aren't interested in justice. You just want revenge for not getting your way.

So basically they've been creatively thinking up fake scenarios, and story lines for the last eight to nine months...

In the Benghazi situation, both Obama & Clinton lied, falsely blaming the attack on an internet video.

Give me the Trump/Russia equivalent to that.

Besides every time that Trump, Spicer, or one of his campaign and transition members lied about talks with Russian diplomats and potential spies and all of their direct ties? Besides all of that perhaps the evidence suggesting collusion during the election that led to an FBI investigation.

Only if it was classified.

If it involved NSA surveillance (and it did), then it is highly classified. The release of classified information is a felony.

If someone on the inside declassified the Flynn call, then that came from high-up (White House) which means you would be admitting that Obama was complicit in the leaks and the surveillance. Therefore, Trump's tweet was correct.

Apologies if I missed something. Is this breaking news? Honest question.

No. KCT likes to rehash old arguments after they are shut down.

Show me where I said it was breaking news?

The point is, what kind of trust level should a reasonably objective American citizen have that the IC is even credible?

Capiche?

So the investigation is still in progress, but discussion has been discontinued?

It could have been declassified or been fabricated.

Trump wasn't under direct surveillance for political purposes. If he was surveilled, the FBI had good reason.

I did not say it was breaking news. I ASKED a fricking question. An Honest question.

As far as your question is concerned I do not trust anyone in D.C. Not the IC or anyone one politically motivated.

I believe they all see themselves as the ruling class. As such, they do not represent any of the people they are supposed to be representing.

All of the investigations and power plays are a means to get Trump "in line" with the rest of them.

They were pretty thorough with the Hillary Private Email Server, and found that she did in deed break numerous laws surround the negligent handling of classified materials.
Then they disregarded the statute and acted like intent mattered, when it clearly does not by statute. Worse still they had evidence of intent too because in one case that we know about, Hillary directed her staffer to remove the classified headings and send it to her on her private email.
This was when she needed a copy of a classified briefing talking points and the secure system was down.

They also should have inferred tort after her spoliation of evidence in breaking with a hammer many email devices and the wiping of the server with Bleachbit.

But alas they said she did everything she was accused of but somehow they wouldn't recommend it to go to a grand jury.

A phone call isn't collusion moron. They could have the Russians over for dinner every night of the week and it wouldn't be against the law.

Why do you say they haven't found anything? How do you know that?

Hey, my apologies. I misread your intent, bc 1-2 posters had already implied that this subject shouldn't even be discussed.

Yet they were able to conclude no spying on Trump campaign within a matter of weeks...
