No it won't. People will take to social media and bitch and complain. Then they will tune in and watch the game while drinking a bud light. People will go to the games and spend money. Owners will make money players will get paid.

I've never seen a business not only accept, but encourage it's employees to basically express a giant "f*** off" to at least half its paying customers.

The "we're too big to fail" mentality. It's a lot more prevalent today than ever. It's primarily why customer service has gone to shite.

not as much

Ratings and everything else are already on the down trend. Now more people are pissed at it so there is an added segment of people who will stop interacting with the NFL. Who is the segment that will offset that?

Most Libs won't admit it, but deep down, they know it's counterproductive.

It's doesn't even make sense. Hating your own country will never be fashionable.

All of this began with snowflakes pissing themselves over 1 damn guy with a spotless criminal record and a great reputation for charity work silently expressing his belief.

The melters on the right have turned this into what it has become, and Trump is happy to oblige them and add fuel to the fire.

He doesn't even believe the things he says. He pulls these peoples strings like a marionette.

Enjoy the show

You have it backwards. The players are throwing a hissy fit and we are abstaining from watching them play.

If you love your country, stand your arse up for the anthem.

There are other ways to throw hissy fits.

Chris Jackson thought he was clever and thoughtful when he pulled this shite in the NBA like 15 years ago. The league suspended him, and worked out a deal where he would stand in respect but could close his eyes and pray. Why wouldn't that have worked now?

Because unlike the NBA thus rule wasn't bargained during collective bargaining in the NFL.

It does absolutely nothing to remedy whatever isms they are "protesting". It's killing the nfl, making themselves look like fools, and it's all for nothing.

There are many ways to create awareness without insulting the fans who paid money to watch you play a game.

The NFL is not a normal business. Their "employees" are pretty specialized and their fans are a dime a dozen.

Sorry your opinion doesn't matter to them. Maybe you need to lie down for a sec to regain your composure. Let me know if you need a night light, sweetheart.

Hell.

There are about 100 viable alternatives that don't involve pissing on paying customers

It's truly astonishing to watch as a business guy
The kneeling is the "alternative". Originally Kaepernick sat during the anthem but changed to kneeling as a way of showing more respect without kneeling.

You should be happy knowing that a couple of teams kept the teams in the locker room during the anthem like in college.
