He would be replaced by a social conservative. I wonder if that was taken into account when Pence was chosen.

Pretty funny if you think about it.

They don't think that far ahead. This is the party that rioted over a temporary delay in immigration from Somalia.

TRUMP isn't going anywhere and there is nothing they can do about it.

They're not going to get rid of him. I hate to break it to them.

But if they get rid of him, then Pence, then Ryan, they get Pelosi. That's the play baby! Then, Pelosi can call for a special election and we can have our queen. either Michelle or Hillary.

For Pelosi to get a shot, they'll have to get rid of each of them before they can appoint their new VP or the House can name a new Speaker.

Trump wasn't a fascistic woman hating racist until he ran as a republican.

Their current dilemma seems to be how to keep their titular head out of prison for weaponizing FISA into a domestic political tool.

Trump survives the first term and does not even seek re-election and the resulting damage to the GOP will resonate for 3 generations....

The GOP is not done with Trump by a damn site....that butchers bill is going to be presented some day and it ain't gonna be cheap....

The least popular candidate to ever win a party nomination....the lowest approval ratings of a new president ever....health care debacle, muslim ban debacle, still yet to pay the GOP's butcher bill....losing the popular vote....possibly waking up the sleeping giant that is the left (this one is HIGHLY suspect but so was Trump being nominated and elected). the future doesn't look good for old Don....at least as a politician....and why would he want to go through it again...

and the beautiful thing is that if he does manage to get re-elected that will mean that you idiots nominated and elected his arse AGAIN....that is even worse than one term going forward for the GOP....

At no time during Trump's term will the Dems have enough votes to impeach and remove DT from office. (NO way for Dems to get to 67, or even 60, Senators after 2018 elections.) Repubs must take the lead if it comes to that.

I never said he would be impeached...in fact if you will do some research on these boards I have said unequivocally that the GOP doesn't have the backbone to impeach their president regardless of what he does....I said he wouldn't seek re-election Ala LBJ....

And for the record I am not saying he has or will commit an impeachable offense....what I am saying is it won't matter the GOP will not do it anyway...it is the fecered dreams of zealots on the left and would be the worst thing to ever happen to this nation....much better to let the 5 year olds (the GOP) have their 4-8 year temper tantrum and then have the adults in the house (democrats) pick up the pieces as we always do and clean up the shite....

I think it just shows how weak the democrats are.

Also as unpopular as Trump is he hits on two things that are deeply popular in the US:

1) Limiting illegal immigration.
2) Limiting refugees from Muslim countries.

The 'muslim ban' (it wasn't a muslim ban) got overturned by activist judges but it is supported by about 60% of voters.

You mean the Muslim ban that did not affect 90% of the world's Muslims? The best bans are the ones that only ban 10% of something.

The Dems would say Pence is too religious to be an effective President and would come up with some way to trip him up and get him impeached. These lunatics are all about destroying the other party, not trying to win the battle of ideas.
