Why not work with the Russians?

The Deep State is freaking out because their drive for more and more war has been for the time being being thwarted. A president is now seated who is actually working for the good of the American people.

The last half dozen presidents at least have rolled over for the Deep State.

"Deep State defined: "According to Philip Giraldi, the nexus of power is centered on the military–industrial complex, intelligence community, and Wall Street,[12] while Bill Moyers points to plutocrats and oligarchs.[13] Professor Peter Dale Scott also mentions "big oil" and the media as key players,[14"]

LINK

It suited the Deep State to have the US invade Iraq - exactly the opposite of true United States' interest.

Disbanding the Iraqi Army (which the invasion plan posited using for internal security) ensured chaos, a violent insurgency and the rise of the Caliphate.

That was the goal. We sure as Hell have chaos. Perpetual war is the goal of the Deep State. They are freaking out over the fact that President Trump is actually working for the best interests of the country and people.

Obama never did, and as we know, he made war on whistleblowers that might expose the Deep State.

The avalanche of news that alarm the idiots includes:

1. Russia hacked the election. One of the Media heads said a couple of days ago this was as bad as 911. Geez.

Russia didn't hack the election.

2. Flynn coordinated with Russian officials.

Good for him.

3. Trump White House in disarray, chaos.

Fake news. Things are going fine.

THOSE are Deep State attacks by its media shills on actions the first two of which are completely reasonable but are presented as menacing and even traitorous. The Deep State wants us at war with Russia. Clinton promised to give it to them. Make no mistake, putting the brakes on perpetual war has Mr.Trump in their cross hairs. Hopefully they are only figurative.

The GOP agenda is is the same as the Deep State's. They won't help Trump at all. They want to put the knife in. They are bound up in the Deep State too. Right now they are trying to figure the lay of the land since their base which they treated so shabbily abandoned the GOP favorites, Bush, Rubio, Cruz and the others.

You that are freaking out over the election of President Trump need to calm down and thank whoever you thank that we have a president -- probably the first since JFK who is actually working for the people.

If you didn't see this you need to:

The Deep State Goes to War With President-Elect, Using Unverified Claims, as Democrats Cheer

This is the faction that is now engaged in open warfare against the duly elected and already widely disliked president-elect, Donald Trump. They are using classic Cold War dirty tactics and the defining ingredients of what has until recently been denounced as “Fake News.”

...The serious dangers posed by a Trump presidency are numerous and manifest. There is a wide array of legitimate and effective tactics for combating those threats: from bipartisan congressional coalitions and constitutional legal challenges to citizen uprisings and sustained and aggressive civil disobedience. All of those strategies have periodically proven themselves effective in times of political crisis or authoritarian overreach.

But cheering for the CIA and its shadowy allies to unilaterally subvert the U.S. election and impose its own policy dictates on the elected president is both warped and self-destructive. Empowering the very entities that have produced the most shameful atrocities and systemic deceit over the last six decades is desperation of the worst kind. Demanding that evidence-free, anonymous assertions be instantly venerated as Truth — despite emanating from the very precincts designed to propagandize and lie — is an assault on journalism, democracy, and basic human rationality. And casually branding domestic adversaries who refuse to go along as traitors and disloyal foreign operatives is morally bankrupt and certain to backfire on those doing it.

It is not hard to understand why the CIA preferred Clinton over Trump. Clinton was critical of Obama for restraining the CIA’s proxy war in Syria and was eager to expand that war, while Trump denounced it. Clinton clearly wanted a harder line than Obama took against the CIA’s long-standing foes in Moscow, while Trump wanted improved relations and greater cooperation. In general, Clinton defended and intended to extend the decades long international military order on which the CIA and Pentagon’s preeminence depends, while Trump — through a still-uncertain mix of instability and extremist conviction — posed a threat to it."

Usually I say follow the money, which is true, but in this case, I think the ultimate ultimate end game is more philosophical

The ultimate ultimate end game is there to be some massive cage match, both enter one leaves alive, war between Christians and Muslims. Ideally both fight to the death and destroy each other, which leaves the one religion who didn't participate, but aided greatly in organizing the chaos, standing to take Jerusalem.

The money, in this case, is Perpetual War.

It made Dick Cheney rich as Croesus.

Of course

There are two parties that benefit from perpetual war

The military industrial complex is #1.

#2 is Israel. Who needs the field cleared in the middle east to establish their manifest destiny of Greater Israel. They arrange a deal with the military industrial complex. "You guys clear the field for us and do the dirty work, and we will pay you".

This is why we see so much manufactured tension between Christians and Muslims. It's intentional. Israel wants Muslims to destroy Christians and Christians to destroy Muslims.

My message to Christians is that muslims are not our enemy. We are being duped into thinking that way. See past the lies and propaganda. Focus on the real enemies, the military industrial complex and Israel, who benefit from there being major tension between Christians and Muslims.

This is why I believe so many muslim terrorist attacks have been staged or are false flags. It gets Christians in the USA mad at muslims and more likely to support military action. Plays right into the military industrial complex's hands.

Had Flynn coordinated with Russian officials, it would be neither good for him, nor for us.

What you are intimating would constitute a breach comparable to Obama coordinating with the Iraqis in 2008, undercutting Bush's efforts there.

In Flynn's case, it never happened.

But you don't bother to say why.

My point is that there is nothing wrong in simply talking to the Russians.

The MSM is trying to inflame the ignorant with something that preys on their ignorance.

People need to see with better eyes, if only to reflect on what Churchill said:

"It is better to jaw jaw than to war war."

But Soros, Clinton, the other Globalists and the Deep State actors want to smack down anything that might lead to peace.

The Deep State: The Fall of the Constitution and the Rise of a Shadow Government

"Every Four years, tempers are tested and marriages fray as Americans head to the polls to cast their votes. But does anyone really care what we think? Has our vaunted political system become one big, expensive, painfully scriped reality TV show? In this cringe-inducing expose of the sins and excesses of Beltwayland, a longtime Republican party insider argues that we have become an oligarchy in form if not in name. Hooked on war, genuflecting to big donors, in thrall to discredited economic theories and utterly bereft of a moral compass, America’s governing classes are selling their souls to entrenched interest while our bridges collapse, wages, stagnate, and our water is increasingly undrinkable.

Drawing on insights gleaned over three decades on Capitol Hill, much of it on the Budget Committee, Lofgren paints a gripping portrait of the dismal swamp on the Potomac and the revolution it will take to reclaim our government and set us back on course."

The absolute avalanche of BS that is showering down on us is due to the Deep State's disappointment that stocks are not rising high enough and our service people are not dying fast enough.

Could you tell me why you think Trump is working for the good of the people? What is his motivation for doing so?

I believe that Trump is working for the good of the people in that - at least one thing - the Deep State was cranking up for war with Russia. In the very first Democratic debate in the fall of 2015, Clinton trotted out a no-fly zone over Syria, ostensibly for humanitarian reasons. It was very reminiscent of how "We have to help those poor Kurds!" in 2003.

A no-fly zone could only have one target -- Russian Aircraft. Oh, boo-hoo! We are so sorry we are at war with the Russians!

That is all knocked into a cocked hat now. And the powers that be do not like it.

As to his motivation, I can only speculate. Maybe it is just noblesse oblige.

Have two nuclear-armed states ever gone to outright, overt war with one another?

I can't think of any examples.

The simulations and briefings that Clinton was looking at must have shown that the US could handle Russian counter actions. Otherwise, baiting the bear would have been nuts.

The focus was on conventional engagement. Throughout Obama's tenure McCain and Graham constantly whined about us committing combat brigades to Syria. Why don't we? If you need any proof that their actions are driven by the Dark State or some other such entity - this is it. Send our straight leg infantry into the same sort of meat chopper they faced in Iraq? No patriotic motive could drive that.

The Dark State is going ape crazy because the next phase in their expanded Middle East strategy is right now off the rails.

Deep State Desperation

by Tyler Durden
Dec 22, 2016 8:35 PM

The pathetic attempts to undo Donald Trump’s victory are signs of desperation, not strength, in the Deep State.

The post World War II consensus held that the USSR’s long-term goal was world domination. That assessment solidified after the Soviets detonated an atomic bomb in 1949. A nuclear arms race, a space race, maintenance of a globe-spanning military, political, and economic confederation, and a huge expansion of the size and power of the military and intelligence complex were justified by the Soviet, and later, the Red Chinese threats. Countering those threats led the US to use many of the same amoral tactics that it deplored when used by its enemies: espionage, subversion, bribery, repression, assassination, regime change, and direct and proxy warfare.

Scorning principles of limited government, non-intervention in other nations’ affairs, and individual rights, the Deep State embraced the anti-freedom mindset of its purported enemies, not just towards those enemies, but toward allies and the American people. The Deep State gradually assumed control of the government and elected officials were expected to adhere to its policies and promote its propaganda. Only John F. Kennedy directly challenged it, firing CIA Director Allen Dulles after the Bay of Pigs disaster. He was assassinated, and whether or not CIA involvement is ever conclusively proven, the allegations have been useful to the agency, keeping politicians in line. The Deep State also co-opted the media, keeping it in line with a combination of fear and favor.

Since its ascension in the 1950s, the biggest threat to the Deep State has not been its many and manifest failures, but rather what the naive would regard as its biggest success: the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991. Much of the military-industrial complex was suddenly deprived of its reason for existence—the threat was gone. However, a more subtle point was lost."
