Jesus, I read that article, and it is mind boggling that he tries to pass it off as proof. He literally stated nothing more than innuendo, and passes it off as hard evidence.

Fusion GPS created the dossier they were paid by the GOP. Later HRC's people paid them as well. The entire dossier was a fabrication, this was known to all the pertinent players. Comey,Brennan et al knew that it was a fake. They still used this to fraudulently obtain Fisa warrants. It's been the basis of the muh Russians narrative from the start.
