Ok sorry for practiced sometimes your post made it seemed as if you were retired. I know older generations of psychiatrist might not have respected y’all as much but i’m big into getting my patients into therapy before throwing meds. CBT has staggering rates of success.

Well, enough people for them to remain in business.

Rich people don’t trade in their old Mac’s. They don’t even bother wiping them clean. I bet he had it laying around his apartment and it was lifted.

Unfortunately for Hunter, if you don’t wipe it, you’re still logged into Apple ID and that’s texts, emails, photos etc.

The person who lifted it knew exactly what they had and that it was extremely valuable. Sold it to Guiliani who called around to his friends a a guy knows a guy who’s legally blind and works on computers. Take a stolen computer to him and he waits the obligatory 6 months with no payments and you turn it over to the authorities/press. Probably used this guy before.

Friend, have you not learned that any take that raises a common sense argument, and questions the logic of something is vilified and you will be dismissed as a pussy arse soi Boi, if it even tangentially and potentially touches negatively upon Dear Leader?

1. People use computer repair shops. Why is this fishy?
2. I'm pretty sure Rudy said the shop owner could identify Hunter.
3. Fictional stories can be based in truth.

I admit to not knowing the full story on this, and it would be nice for other to admit the same before expressing doubt on something they are not informed of. Being ignorant of the facts doesn't mean the story isn't true.

With that said, I'm waiting for more clarification.

I believe it's possible that Hunter doesn't want to go to prison and is cooperating with the good guys.

I actually agree.

Doesn't change the seriousness of what's on those hard drives though.

If that were true they would've screamed it from the rooftops exactly 5 seconds after the story broke, claiming Rudy was in possession of stolen property, dirty tricks, the whole nine yards.

Face it, Biden's silence confirms all of it to be true. They're silent because they don't know what else is on that drive or if video footage from the shop exists.

Computer shops exist.

Thus, people use them.

There are literally computer shops all over the place in every city.

I don’t smoke weed anymore. Left that behind me.

Maybe Hunter turned it in on purpose but found the “out” as the blind computer store guy. Maybe he wants to frick his dad.

You do realize that Clancy was once called into the Reagan White House and debriefed, right? They wanted to know how in the hell he knew about some of the things he wrote about.

I would think that if discretion was paramount, a small privately run repair shop would be the right move. Abandoning the computers, however, is hard to explain.

This dude is clearly a giant frickup

Also just one more thing, and this isn’t the thread for it, but as someone young as a jr associate care provider in private practice after residency inpatient id love to pick your mind sometime. Possibly the next thread on the OT relating to mental health.
