"The left has replaced these Founding ideas with radically different notions and principles. It has rejected the primary importance of the country. As a result it shares little in the way of interests or values. Instead it has retreated to cultural urban and suburban enclaves where it has centralized tremendous amounts of power while disregarding the interests and values of most of the country. If it considers them at all, it is convinced that they will shortly disappear to be replaced by compliant immigrants and college indoctrinated leftists who will form a permanent demographic majority for its agenda."

What a bunch of BS. The guy complains about how you cannot compromise with the left but then demonizes them. If you want to compromise don't insult the other side, dude.

I don't think that the modern left can be compromised with. Your goals are radically different than those of the right, in application.

You cucks still haven't gotten over the Civil War. Not sure how you are going to deal with Trump's impeachment.

You are a miserable human. The Right is an opposition party. Case and point, they can't get shite done besides repealing Obama mandates. Just like an opposition party. Soak it all in because the Republican Party is fractured (Many different parties under the umbrella of a single party). And you all elected a realty TV Star.
The American Way, stamping out another party. Wouldn't expect any less from your side. Not winning, bitch and moan and do nothing. When winning, let's get rid of the other party.

Very accurate article and is the reason I'm no longer a Dem, but also highlights why I've always despised Republicant's.

The responses from the Proggie posters here in this thread also prove the article to be correct, but as usual, these morons who completely fricked my party are too stupid and arrogant to see it.

Civil War? Not for long. Turn off the water and it's over within 2 weeks.

ETA, take a good look at the 'warriors' who are in the streets at those *protests*. They are not SEAL material. Hell, most could last 2 hrs in a grammar school football practice. The Left really ought to rethink any ideas of violent revolt. All they will do is morally legitimize the culling of a lot of their political base. And Trump WILL pull the trigger; and all the Red on that Map will cheer him at every step.

Ultimately, it'll come down to a few hard core terrorists; they did that back in the '60. Bill Ayers could make a comeback.

The Democrat party is a shambles and you're badmouthing the Republican party. Get your own house in order.

You are the complete idiot. The left loves people like you. Not capable of thinking for themselves.

Dude, the Right can't even compromise WITHIN ITS OWN PARTY - and somehow your intransigence is the Democrats' fault?

But that means you must assume there are people of good will on the other side who want to play nice. See Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, George Soros, BHO, HRC, et al.

Watching the left use Obamacare as the main talking point for the item above is amusing to me.

Remind me again how Obama and company had to get that bill through, even after a Senator from Massachusetts was elected pretty much on the grounds of stopping said terrible legislation?

Hell this was all happening at a time when I was still a registered Dem and even I understood what it all meant.

But keep pounding away.
