This one is going to be interesting. UCLA is broke as shite. If they cave then the money is going to have to come from somewhere. $40 MM is a lot of money even to a college of UCLA's size.

These Universities are meant to be expanding the foundations of knowledge through research. Not catering to kids whose parents didn't do a good enough job teaching them to grow up. Gen Z starts going to college and we have actual University sanctioned safe spaces. People blame this on Millennials, but the youngest Millennials are already in their 20s.

Can you imagine the workforce 5 years from now, which is what college is supposed to prepare you for? What employer is going to hire anyone knowing that they could/would put up a list of demands (unions not being apart of this)

About 3-4 years ago, I got into a "knock down drag out" exchange with a certain poster on here regarding the continuing left-wing radicalization of colleges & universities. While the major focus of that discussion revolved around the growing tolerance and even acceptance of radical Islam, it also covered the general increased radicalization on college campuses.
Not going to call anybody out, but sometimes I wonder if that misguided soul would still argue that this obvious radicalization isn't happening.
Other than that, I just want to tip my cap to one Patrick J. Buchanan. Pat knew that there was a culture war brewing in America well over 30 years ago. The smartest thing this country could've ever done was elect Pat Buchanan President in 1992.
Instead, we got Slick Willie (and I voted for him).
