What did you expect? First black president vs another white guy.
Posted on 1/20/17 at 5:24 pm to Dawgfanman
Not a great angle, but for discussion sake, looks pretty similar to 2013.

Yeah, to be fair, Hillary probably would draw a similar crowd as Trump.

I visited DC for the 4th of July in 2008. Beautiful day and the mall was packed for fireworks and I had to stake my claim for a spot 2 hrs prior.
Moved to DC this May. The 4th was a nasty day, rainy and overcast. I was able to take my pick of spots right next to the Washington Monument 30 mins before fireworks started and didn't have anybody within 15 ft of me.
I don't know the Inauguration weather in 08 but today is just a bad day to be outside. Plus the DC area votes 2:1 democrat.
So that pic is slightly misleading.

To be fair, trumps supporters had to work today.

Maybe even more since she would've been first woman, who knows?

Why couldn't they get all of those people to vote? What did Hillary do to all of those people? Trump WON with such a sparse crowd. Should make it even worse for you Dems.

I blame the lack of all the "Free Phone" kiosks.

its not a melt, its just people dont like Trump.
Its only a matter of time before his dumbass policies start to piss the idiots off that elected him.
the above pic is just a sample of the disdain for this moron

1. Most Trump supporters aren't independently wealthy from milking the system and therefore probably can't afford the time off or travel costs.
2. The eastern metropolitan corridor is one of the most populated areas of the US and is rife with Democrats -hell, there are probably 1.how-ever-many million Dems who were willing and able to travel/get bussed to DC for Obama living within a 50 miles radius of the District. Most Trump supporters live far outside the DC Beltway
3. DC is itself a Democratic haven. Half the Obama crowd were probably Federal workers screwing the taxpayers by calling in sick to make the Inauguration.
4. With all the hype about violent Democratic protesters (which turned out to be not so much hype, right?), many probably were scared away.

This makes Trump less of a President
No but it eats him up. He said "tens of millions have come...." in his speech.

Only difference is all the DC hood rats missing today!
Posted on 1/20/17 at 6:10 pm to Hugo Stiglitz
I'm sure they think it's fake. Wait, some moron here thought it is in DC, so it doesn't reflect republican vote/support.

A participation trophy represented in a picture. Novel.
