No one knows exactly what happened so far

If the missle simply hit one of the wings, it could have "glided" down to its crashing point.

If it exploded in midair, than the pieces of the plane and everything else would have descended to the ground, but not at 600 MPH, probably 120 MPH which is 1/5 of that

You're seriously comparing a plane who was hit by a missile (which may have only taken out a wing) and falling to earth to a plane being dive bombed into the ground at 500mph
